Welcome to Remy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, app, and services (“Service”). By accessing or using Remy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who We Are

Remy is an independent platform that helps users access step-by-step guides and create structured plans.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Remy.
  • To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Remy offers both free and paid subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited access to basic features and templates.
  • Paid Plans: Additional features may be unlocked through paid monthly or annual subscriptions.

4. Free Trials

  • We may offer a free trial for paid plans. If not canceled before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged at the beginning of the billing cycle.
  • Trial eligibility is determined at our sole discretion.
  • You may only be eligible for one trial per user or account.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Recurring Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until canceled.
  • Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor, such as Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Price Changes: We may change plan pricing at any time with advance notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
  • Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including partially used periods, unless required by law.
  • If your payment fails or is not processed, we may suspend or downgrade your access until payment is resolved.

7. Modifying or Terminating Service

  • We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post or share content that infringes on the rights of others

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Remy—including design, code, and templates—is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or link to third-party tools (like Stripe for payments or Firebase for authentication). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • Remy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or results of any guide or plan.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the site. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
